Classical Ballet - Ages 9 & Up

In our Ballet 2, 3 and 4 classes students are introduced to the formal study of Ballet. Attention is paid to the proper extension of the legs and shape of the feet, developing movement sequences, port de bras and balance. Students will see an increase in difficulty in barre and center work. Students begin focus on repetition and retention. Our dancers gain confidence as their ability grows. The music in these classes continues the educational process that focuses in on leaps, jumps, turns, posture and balance. Students work more on demi-pointe as they leap and spin their way to utter dance joy!

Here at CBM our Classical Ballet experience is geared towards impactful and tactical training.

Your Child Does Not Need To Have Previous Ballet Experience To Join.

Your child will be placed in the appropriate ballet class to embark on their journey. It’s never too late to begin!

Ballet Level 2, 3, Intermediate and advanced Classes

Students at this level are required to enroll in 2 to 4 classes per week, depending on class level.

Our pre-professional ballet trainee program, spanning levels 2, 3, intermediate, and advanced, develops confidence, competency, and strength in classical ballet through technique, including leg extension, posture, and movement sequences, with increasing difficulty as students progress.

With each new step, our dancers' abilities flourish, and their confidence soars. The music in these classes is carefully crafted to nurture their progress, focusing on intricate leaps, jumps, turns, and balance while keeping perfect time. As they advance, students will explore demi-pointe in greater depth, twirling and leaping with joy and precision.
